We have rebranded and expanded to bring you more Santa magic with personalised Santa letters, Christmas decorations, keepsakes and gifts, and making your photo sessions a magical experience.

Experience the magic with our personalised Santa letters. Have your child write their letter while visiting our Central Coast Santa and receive a custom keepsake letter, personalised especially for your child, delivered to your door for only $22.
This is the ideal Santa session for families with school age children, tweens and teenagers. It is a very quick meet and greet with Santa so choose your session carefully. This session is strictly 5 minutes.
If you have children under the age of 6, this is the session for you. The little ones need that extra time with Santa to capture the best moments. Parents please come ready to be included in this session.
This session is designed for and limited to 1-3 families who would like individual family photos with Santa, along with extended family and cousin photos. If you have more than 3 families, get in touch and we’ll organise a special session for you.
We know how much everyone loves Santa Roy so we are offering limited sessions with Santa Roy in October.

Santa Haus is located at 5/5 Joule Place, Tuggerah
Street parking is available outside the warehouse complex. We also have 4 spaces directly outside the warehouse, which are clearly marked. Please be mindful of parking in spaces other than ours, as these are strictly for the tenants of these premises only. Please be mindful of traffic with the children when approaching the warehouse.
No need to arrive too early before your photo session. Ours sessions usually run on time so 5 minutes before your session time will be adequate. Please allow enough time for preparing your family for your photo session time. Due to Covid regulations, please only 1 parent come to check your family in. Our staff will give you directions from here.
Do not panic if you are running late, we will fit you in once you arrive. A text message letting us know you are running late is a perfect way to communicate with us. Our staff will make a note and expect you once you arrive. Please do not rush – arrive safely.
Some families like to coordinate colours. This year our set is basically white with natural timbers, fresh and clean. Have fun styling your family for your Santa Haus photo session.
Please be mindful that our photo sessions are strictly run to your confirmed booking time. Be sure to choose the appropriate Santa session that is best suited to your family’s requirements. If a 5 minute session will not be beneficial for your family, please choose a longer session. If you are bringing along grandparents or cousins a longer session time is required.
Your images will be delivered via a download link. Please confirm your email address with staff on arrival. From this link you can view, download and purchase additional images if you choose.
We endeavour to deliver your images within 5-7 days of your session.
